Order Processing & Dispatch

Handling Time: All orders are processed, inspected, and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays).

Once your order leaves our shipping desk, you will receive an automated dispatch email containing your shipping tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before finalizing checkout. Orders are dispatched directly to the address supplied. If you spot an error, contact Marigold Wiedmann immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, shipping addresses can no longer be modified.
Package Tracking
When your package leaves our facility at 10 Eugene Cres, you will receive a tracking code via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to register on the carrier's system.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing upon delivery, please document the damage with photographs and email us right away at [email protected]. We will gladly issue a replacement or process a full refund.
